EduPath ("we", "our", "us") is an educational platform operated by Amine Bouidi, based in Morocco. We provide online video courses, quizzes, and study resources for English Studies students at Moroccan universities.
2. Information we collect
Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. This is handled securely through Google OAuth — we never see or store your Google password.
Profile information: You may voluntarily provide your WhatsApp number, age range, gender, university, and current semester to personalize your experience.
Learning data: We track your video progress, quiz scores, and module completion to show your advancement.
Payment information: When you purchase a plan, we record your chosen plan, selected modules, and payment method. We do not process or store credit card numbers.
3. How we use your information
We use your data to provide and improve our educational services, track your learning progress, process your orders and activate module access, communicate with you via WhatsApp, and ensure the security of our platform.
4. What we never do
We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. We will never share your grades, progress, or personal details with other students, your university, or any external organization. We will never use your data for advertising.
5. Data storage and security
Your data is stored on Google Firebase servers in the European Union. All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS. Database access is protected by Firebase security rules.
6. Your rights
In accordance with Moroccan Law 09-08, you have the right to: access your personal data at any time, correct or update your information, request deletion of your account and all associated data, and withdraw your consent at any time.

7. Refund Policy
You may request a full refund within 24 hours of your purchase, regardless of the reason. Contact us via WhatsApp with your order details.
After the 24-hour window, all purchases are final and non-refundable, as digital content is immediately accessible upon activation.
If you experience technical issues preventing access to paid content at any time, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
8. Cookies
We use browser local storage for login state and preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Your trial period is tracked via our secure database.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via the platform.
